Role as a Facilitator

• Material Quality: The responsibility for the quality, quantity, and warranty of materials rests solely with the local store supplying the product.
• Builder Services: Builders listed are independent contractors. While we verify their identity, the contract for construction work is strictly between the homeowner and the builder.

Pricing and Payments

• All prices for materials are set by the local stores and may include delivery charges based on your location.
• Payments must be made through the platform's authorized gateways unless "Cash on Delivery" is explicitly offered for specific local stores.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Materials: Refunds are subject to the return policy of the specific local store from which the purchase was made.
• Services: Cancellation of building services must be done within the timeframe specified during the booking process.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays in construction, site accidents, or disputes arising from the builder-client relationship. We recommend all users sign a formal physical contract with builders before work commences.
