How do I pay for a SahajGhara purchase?

We offer flexible and secure payment options to suit your convenience:

• Online Payment: Pay via UPI, Debit/Credit cards, or Net Banking through our secure gateway.
• Part-Payment: Depending on the order size, you may have the option to pay a booking amount online and the balance via Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Bank Transfer: For large bulk orders, we also accept direct NEFT/RTGS transfers.

When will I receive my placed order?

Timely delivery is our priority. Typically, orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Since we source from local stores near you, we aim for the fastest possible turnaround. You will receive a specific delivery timeline once your order is processed.

How to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order through the "My Orders" section on the website or by contacting our customer support team.

• Before Dispatch: Cancellations are generally free if the material has not yet left the supplier's warehouse.
• After Dispatch: If the vehicle has already been loaded or dispatched, a nominal transportation/restocking fee may apply.
